We want you to feel confident and comfortable in your Wacoal purchase, which is why we offer a 60-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that for hygienic reasons, items must be in their original condition to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Download and print the pre-paid UPS shipping label provided at the end of the return process to ensure your package is tracked.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn garments with all original tags attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailer and affix the return label.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; you will receive an email confirmation once our warehouse has processed your refund or shipment.
